SIMREX X42 4K Drone User Manual

1. Zamalonda Zathaview

The SIMREX X42 is a foldable 4K drone designed for both beginners and experienced pilots. It features a 4K UHD camera for real-time FPV, brushless motors for stable flight, and various intelligent flight modes.

2. Kukonzekera Guide

2.1 Kuthamangitsa Battery

Ensure both the aircraft battery and the remote control are fully charged before use.

• Battery ya Ndege: Insert the battery into the USB charging cable. The red light will turn off once fully charged.
• Kuwongolera kutali: Insert the remote control into the USB charging cable. The red light will turn off once fully charged.

2.2 Msonkhano wa Drone

1. Expand the Drone: Carefully unfold the drone arms until they lock into position.
2. Sakani Mabatire: Distinguish between the front and back sides of the battery. Insert the battery into the drone's battery compartment. To remove, press and hold the button at the bottom of the battery.
3. Install Protective Frame: Align the protective frame with the position of the aircraft arm and install it securely.

2.3 Frequency Matching & Calibration

1. Power On Aircraft: Turn on the aircraft power switch. The aircraft lights will flash.
2. Mphamvu pa Kuwongolera Kutali: Turn on the power switch of the remote control. The buzzer will emit two beeps, and the aircraft lights will become longer and brighter, indicating that frequency matching is complete.
3. Kuwongolera: Simultaneously turn both control sticks on the remote control to the lower-left corner. The aircraft lights will flash and then remain on, indicating that calibration is complete.

2.4 Mobile App Installation & Connection

1. Install Phone Rack: Pull out the bracket on the remote control and install your smartphone securely.
2. Tsitsani App: Scan the QR code in the instruction manual to download and install the corresponding SIMREX drone app (e.g., SIMREX Zoomy).
3. Lumikizani WiFi: Open your mobile phone's WiFi settings and connect to the WiFi signal emitted by the drone (e.g., SIMREX-X42-cafc29).
4. Yambitsani App: Open the drone app after a successful WiFi connection.

3.1 Zowongolera Zoyambira Pandege

• Kunyamuka/Kutera Kokha: Short press the takeoff/landing button on the remote control. The aircraft will automatically ascend or descend.
• Altitude Control (Left Stick Up/Down): Pushing the left control lever upwards or downwards will make the aircraft rise or fall.
• Yaw Control (Left Stick Left/Right): Pushing the left control lever to the left or right will make the aircraft turn left or right.
• Forward/Backward Flight (Right Stick Up/Down): Pushing the right control lever upwards or downwards will make the aircraft fly forward or backward.
• Left/Right Flight (Right Stick Left/Right): Pushing the right control lever to the left or right will make the aircraft fly to the left or right.

3.2 Zinthu Zapamwamba Zokhudza Ndege

• Liwiro Kusintha: Press the gear button on the remote control to cycle through three available speed settings (Low, Medium, High).
• Ma Flips a 360°: Click the roll button and move the right joystick in any direction to perform a 360° flip.
• Zopanda Mutu: In headless mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, making it easier to control without worrying about the drone's front direction.
• Optical Flow Positioning & Altitude Hold: These features ensure stable hovering and steady flight, ideal for capturing clear photos and videos.
• Ulendo Woyenda (Tap Fly): Plan a custom flight path directly on your smartphone screen, and the drone will follow it automatically.

3.3 Kugwiritsa ntchito kamera

• 4K UHD Camera & Real-Time FPV: The drone is equipped with a 4K UHD camera that provides live WiFi FPV directly to your smartphone app.
• Camera Up/Down Adjustment: By pressing the dedicated button on the remote control, the camera angle can be fine-tuned up or down.
• Tengani Zithunzi: Short press the camera button on the remote control. The mobile app will automatically take photos. Alternatively, use gesture control (V-gesture) for photos.
• Jambulani makanema: Short press the video button on the remote control. The mobile app will automatically record videos. Alternatively, use gesture control (palm gesture) for videos.
• Kuwongolera Mawu: Control your drone hands-free with voice commands for various actions, including taking photos and videos.

• Kusamalira Battery: Always use the provided charging cable. Do not overcharge or completely drain the batteries. Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Kuyendera kwa Propeller: Regularly check propellers for any damage (cracks, bends). Replace damaged propellers immediately using the spare parts provided.
• Kuyeretsa: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and camera lens. Avoid using harsh chemicals or liquids.
• Posungira: Fold the drone arms for compact storage when not in use.

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common solutions or contact customer support.

• Drone Not Responding: Ensure both the drone and remote control are fully charged and properly paired. Re-perform frequency matching and calibration.
• Poor Video Quality/Connection: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the drone's WiFi network. Minimize interference by flying in open areas away from other WiFi signals.
• Nthawi Yaifupi Yonyamuka: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Flight time can be affected by aggressive flying, wind conditions, and temperature.
• Kuyimitsa Mwadzidzi: The drone features an emergency stop function for immediate shutdown in critical situations.
• Signal-Loss Auto Landing: If signal is lost, the drone is designed to auto-land within 3 seconds to prevent uncontrolled flight.
• Motor Stuck-Rotor Protection: This feature helps prevent motor damage if a propeller is obstructed.
