4. Kukhazikitsa

5.1 Kupera Nyemba za Khofi
- Onjezani Nyemba: Fill the removable stainless steel grinding bowl with whole coffee beans. The bowl can grind up to 2.5 ounces of coffee beans, sufficient for approximately 10 cups of coffee. Do not overfill beyond the MAX line.
- Chivundikiro Chotetezedwa: Place the transparent lid onto the grinding bowl and twist clockwise until it locks securely. The grinder will not operate if the lid is not properly secured.
- Sankhani Grind Setting: Use the rotary knob to select your desired grind precision. The knob has seconds marks from 'Coarse' (0-5 seconds) to 'Fine' (25-30 seconds). Adjust the time based on your brewing method (e.g., French press, drip coffee, espresso).
- Yambani Kupera: Plug the grinder into a 110V power outlet. The grinder will automatically start and stop after the selected time. For manual control, press and hold the lid for continuous grinding, releasing when desired fineness is achieved.
- Chotsani Mabwalo: Once grinding is complete, unplug the unit. Twist the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it. Carefully lift the removable grinding bowl from the motor base and pour out the freshly ground coffee.

This electric coffee grinder is also suitable for grinding various dry ingredients such as pepper, cumin, fenugreek, parsley, cinnamon, star anise, peppermint, soya, quinoa, sorghum, rice, and crystal sugar.
- Follow steps 1-3 from the "Grinding Coffee Beans" section, adjusting the quantity and grind time as needed for your specific spices or herbs.
- For optimal results and to prevent flavor transfer, it is recommended to use a separate grinding bowl for spices if you frequently grind coffee.

- Remove Grinding Bowl: Twist the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it. Then, twist the grinding bowl counter-clockwise and lift it out of the motor base.
- Clean Grinding Bowl & Lid: Wash the removable stainless steel grinding bowl and the lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The 2-in-1 coffee spoon with brush can be used to remove any residual powder.
- Clean Motor Base: Pukutani kunja kwa maziko a injini ndi chofewa, damp nsalu. Osamiza maziko a injini m'madzi kapena madzi ena aliwonse.
- Mapangidwe Opanda Vuto: The grinder features an upgraded sealing ring to prevent powder leakage during operation, contributing to a cleaner grinding experience.
