- Carefully open the back cover of the phone.
- Remove the battery if it is already inserted.
- Locate the SIM card slot(s). The MM815 supports dual SIM cards. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring they are correctly seated.
- Insert the battery into its compartment, aligning the metal contacts on the battery with those in the phone.
