- Seat Fore/Aft: Loosen the seat fore/aft adjustment knob beneath the seat. Slide the seat forward or backward to align your knee over the pedal spindle when the crank arm is horizontal. Tighten the knob.
- Kutalika kwa Handlebar: Loosen the handlebar height adjustment knob. Adjust the handlebars to a comfortable height, typically level with or slightly higher than the seat for beginners, or lower for more aggressive riding. Tighten the knob.
C. Resistance Control
The bike features 72 levels of magnetic resistance, controlled by the resistance lever located on the frame. Move the lever up to increase resistance and down to decrease it. This allows for precise control over your workout intensity.

The M3i Studio Plus supports Bluetooth FTMS, CSCS, and CPS, as well as ANT+ connectivity, allowing it to connect with various fitness apps and heart rate monitors.
