Before first use, ensure the transmitters are fully charged using the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The receiver does not require charging as it draws power directly from the connected device.

2. Kulumikiza ku Chipangizo Chanu
- Plug the USB Type-C receiver into your compatible smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Press and hold the power button on each transmitter for 2 seconds to turn them on.
- The transmitters and receiver will automatically pair within 10 seconds. A solid blue indicator light on both units confirms a successful connection.
Chidziwitso Chogwirizana: The BY-V20 is compatible with iPhone 15/16 series, Android smartphones, tablets, and other USB-C devices. For some Android models like OPPO and VIVO, you may need to enable the OTG function in your device settings for the microphone to function correctly. If the receiver does not light up, remove any phone case and reinsert the receiver firmly into the phone's port.

1. Kuyatsa/Kuzimitsa
To power on the transmitters, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the indicator light turns off.
2. Noise Reduction (NR) Function
The BY-V20 features an innovative noise reduction technology. Press the NR batani on the transmitter to activate or deactivate the noise reduction function. When enabled, the indicator light will be static green. This function helps to minimize ambient noise for clearer audio recordings. Note that noise reduction cannot be toggled while the microphone is in mute mode.

3. Charging Your Phone While Recording
The USB Type-C receiver includes a charging port on its side. This allows you to power and charge your smartphone or device while recording, supporting charging currents up to 3A. This is particularly useful for extended recording sessions, live streaming, or video calls.

4. Omnidirectional Microphone
Each transmitter is equipped with a built-in omnidirectional microphone and a spray-proof sponge windscreen. This design allows the microphone to capture sound from all directions, providing clear audio recordings.

The BY-V20 utilizes 2.4GHz dual-channel wireless transmission technology, offering a stable line-of-sight range of up to 328 feet (100 meters) in open environments without obstacles or interference.

- The unit fails to pair: Make sure to pair the transmitter(s) with one receiver. If paired with more than one receiver, which receiver will be paired with the transmitter(s) cannot be specified.
- No sound from the unit or no sound when connected to an external device:
