Cooking Shawarma, Rotisserie, and Kebabs
The vertical rotating design ensures even cooking and browning. The 1500 Watt heating element provides efficient heat up to 464°F (240°C).
- Shawarma: Stack marinated meat (e.g., chicken, beef, lamb) onto the central spit. For best results, ensure the meat is tightly packed and balanced. A pineapple crown can be placed on top to add flavor and help compress the meat.
- Rotisserie Chicken: Secure a whole chicken onto the roasting rack. Ensure the chicken is trussed to prevent wings or legs from dangling and ensure even rotation.
- Kebabs: Thread your choice of meat and vegetables onto the seven skewers provided. Place the skewers into the kebab rack.
