1.1 Chitetezo Chambiri
- Always place the slicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Keep hands and fingers away from the blade during operation and cleaning.
- Do not operate the slicer with wet hands or while standing on a wet surface.

2.1 zigawo

3. Kukhazikitsa
3.1 Kutulutsa
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the slicer.

3.2 Kuyika kwa Blade
- Ensure the slicer is unplugged from the power outlet.

- Press the blade firmly onto the spindle and turn the central locking knob clockwise until it clicks into place, securing the blade.
- To remove, turn the locking knob counter-clockwise and carefully pull the blade off.

- Place the food item onto the food carriage. For larger items, you may need to cut them to fit.
- Secure the food item with the food pusher/finger guard.
4.2 Ndondomeko Yodula

- Using the food pusher, gently guide the food item towards the rotating blade.
- Move the food carriage back and forth to slice the food.
- Collect the sliced food from the receiving tray (not included, use your own plate/container).

4.3 Slicing Specific Food Types
The Petra Electric Food Slicer is versatile for various foods:
- Nyama: For best results, slightly chill meat before slicing. Use the smooth blade.
- Tchizi: Firm cheeses slice best when slightly chilled. Use the smooth blade.

- Mkate: For fresh bread, use the coarse serrated blade. For softer bread, a slightly firmer blade setting might be beneficial.
- Fruits & Vegetables: Use the fine serrated blade for delicate items. Ensure items are firm enough to hold shape.

5. Kusamalira ndi Kuyeretsa
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your slicer.
5.1 Kuyeretsa Tsiku ndi Tsiku

5.2 Blade Removal and Cleaning

5.3 Kusungirako
Store the slicer in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Ensure all parts are dry before storing.
