This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, configuration, and operation of your Grandstream GHP611W Hotel IP Phone. The GHP611W is a compact IP phone designed for hotel environments, featuring Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, two lines, and two SIP accounts. 2.3 Initial Configuration (SIP Account)
The GHP611W requires SIP account configuration to make and receive calls. This is typically performed by your network administrator or hotel IT staff. The phone supports two SIP accounts.
- Access the phone's web interface via its IP address (obtainable from the phone's menu or network tools).
- Log in with administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the SIP Account settings and enter the provided SIP server, User ID, Authentication ID, and Password for each line.
- Save the changes and reboot the phone if prompted.
3. Operating the Phone
3.1 Kuyimba foni

3.5 Kuyimba Mofulumira
The GHP611W features programmable speed dial keys. To use a speed dial:

- Press and hold the designated speed dial key for the desired contact. The phone will automatically dial the pre-programmed number.
