Before first use, ensure the chainsaw is correctly assembled and prepared.
4.1 Fuel and Oil Preparation
The CSH56 uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific fuel mixture.
- Mafuta Osakaniza: Mix unleaded petrol with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at the ratio specified in the engine manual (typically 25:1 or 50:1, refer to the engine manufacturer's instructions for exact ratio).
- Mafuta a Chain: Use only specialized chainsaw chain oil for lubrication. Do not use waste oil.
- Fill the fuel tank (0.55 L capacity) and the chain oil tank (0.26 L capacity) in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources.
- Check the integrated fuel level indicator to monitor fuel levels during operation.
4.2 Kukhazikitsa Mipiringidzo ndi Unyolo

- Remove the side cover by loosening the nuts.

- Carefully fit the saw chain around the drive sprocket and into the guide bar groove. Ensure the cutting edges of the chain are facing the correct direction.
- Replace the side cover and hand-tighten the nuts.
- Adjust chain tension using the chain tension adjustment screw. The chain should be snug against the bar but still able to be pulled freely by hand.
- Tighten the side cover nuts securely.

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your chainsaw.
5.1 Kuyambitsa Injini

- The maximum cutting thickness is up to 47cm.

6. Kusamalira
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your chainsaw. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing any maintenance.
6.1 Kunola Unyolo
A sharp chain is crucial for safe and efficient cutting. Sharpen the chain regularly or have it professionally sharpened.
6.2 Kuyeretsa
- Clean the air filter regularly to ensure proper engine performance.
- Remove sawdust and debris from the guide bar groove and sprocket area.
- Wipe down the exterior of the chainsaw with a damp nsalu.
6.3 Spark Plug Inspection
Inspect the spark plug periodically for wear and proper gap. Replace if necessary.
6.4 Automatic Chain Lubrication System
The automatic chain lubrication system ensures continuous oil flow. Regularly check the oil level in the oil tank and refill as needed. Ensure the oil outlet is not clogged.
