It features an "H"-pattern shift plate with 7 forward gears plus a reverse gear, allowing it to adapt to various game types and vehicles with manual shifting, including rally, trucks, GT, and NASCAR. The 1.6-inch (4 cm) metal shift lever and ergonomic "sport-style" shift knob ensure responsive and precise gear changes.
