Before initial use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer's USB port. The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

4.1 Basic Navigation

- Single Button: Press the button to wake the screen, return to the home screen, or access the main menu. A long press may power the device on/off.

4.2 Monitoring Functions

- ECG: Follow the app's instructions for performing an ECG measurement, which typically involves placing a finger on the watch's electrode.
- Pedometer/Calories: These metrics are tracked automatically throughout the day. View daily summaries on the watch or in the app.
- Zowunikira Kugona: Wear the watch to bed for automatic sleep tracking. Data on sleep duration and quality will be available in the app.

5.1 Kuyeretsa
Regularly clean your smartwatch and straps. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and casing. For silicone straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is dry before charging or wearing.
5.2 Kulimbana ndi Madzi (IP67)
The Maxcom FW46 has an IP67 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing or light rain. Avoid hot water, steam, or prolonged immersion, and do not press buttons underwater.
5.3 Kusintha Lamba
The smartwatch comes with two interchangeable straps. To replace a strap, locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the strap where it connects to the watch body. Slide the pin to detach the strap. Align the new strap with the watch lugs and slide the pin back into place until it clicks securely.
