Follow these steps to correctly assemble your juice extractor before first use.
- Place the motor unit on a dry, stable, and flat surface.
- Insert the juice collector/spout onto the motor unit, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Place the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the juice collector. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Position the transparent lid with the feed chute over the filter basket and juice collector. Align the lid with the motor unit and press down until it is securely in place.
- Lift the safety locking bar and hook it over the lid on both sides. Push the locking bar down until it locks into position. The appliance will not operate if the locking bar is not correctly engaged.
- Place the pulp container under the pulp outlet on the side of the motor unit.

Before juicing, ensure all components are correctly assembled and the safety locking bar is engaged.
- Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For larger items, cut them into smaller pieces that fit into the feed chute. Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches or plums. Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits to avoid a bitter taste.

- Use a cleaning brush (if provided) to thoroughly clean the mesh of the filter basket. Dried pulp can be difficult to remove.
