6. Advanced Features: Dimming Range Adjustment

The Lumea CL dimmer includes a low-end trim adjustment tab, which allows you to fine-tune the lowest light level for optimal performance with your specific bulbs, especially LEDs. This helps prevent flickering or lights turning off prematurely at low dim settings.

6.1. How to Adjust the Low-End Trim

  1. Turn the lights on and slide the main dimmer control all the way down to its lowest setting.
  2. Locate the small blue tab on the left side of the dimmer, next to the main slide control.
  3. Using a small screwdriver or your fingernail, slowly move this blue tab up or down.
  4. Adjust the tab until the lights are at their lowest stable dimming level without flickering or turning off.
  5. Once the desired low-end is set, the dimmer will remember this setting.
