- Adjusting Speed (Gears):
- The two-speed gear selector is located on top of the drill.

- Setting Torque (Clutch):
- The torque adjustment collar is located behind the chuck.
- Rotate the collar to select one of the 18 torque settings. Lower numbers are for smaller screws or softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws or harder materials.
- For drilling, set the collar to the drill icon (maximum torque) to bypass the clutch.

- Hold the drill firmly with both hands if possible.
- Position the bit on the workpiece.
- Press the variable speed trigger to start the drill. The speed increases as you press the trigger further.
- The integrated LED worklight will illuminate when the trigger is pressed.
