Follow these steps to connect your HDMI switch:

Plug the USB-A end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on your TV/computer. While the switch can draw power from HDMI sources, connecting the USB power cable is recommended for stable performance, especially with 4K resolutions or longer HDMI cables.
- Yatsani: Ensure all connected devices and the display are powered on. The switch will automatically detect the active input or you can select it manually.

The HDMI switch offers two methods for selecting inputs:
Kusintha kwa Automatic
The switch is designed to automatically detect and switch to a newly activated HDMI source. If multiple sources are active, it will typically prioritize the lowest numbered input (Input 1, then Input 2, etc.) or the last active input.
Kusintha Pamanja
- Using the SELECTION Button: Press the 'SELECTION' button on the front panel of the switch to cycle through the available HDMI inputs (Input 1 → Input 2 → Input 3 → Input 1...). The corresponding LED will illuminate to indicate the active input.
- Kugwiritsa Ntchito Remote Control: Point the remote control towards the IR receiver on the front of the switch. Press the desired input number button (1, 2, or 3) to switch directly to that input. Ensure a CR2025 battery is installed in the remote control.
