The JBC JTSE-2QA is a high-performance digital hot air rework station designed for professional electronics repair and assembly. It offers precise temperature control and airflow management, making it ideal for desoldering and soldering surface-mount components (SMD).

- Connect Hot Air Tool: Connect the hot air tool's hose and electrical connector to the corresponding ports on the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect Stand: Position the hot air tool stand near the main unit and place the hot air tool securely in its holder when not in use. The stand often includes a sensor to detect when the tool is placed, activating standby mode.
- Kulumikiza Mphamvu: Plug the power cord into the main unit's power inlet, then connect it to a grounded 230V AC power outlet.

1. Kuyatsa/Kuzimitsa
Press the power button located on the front panel to turn the station on or off. The digital display will illuminate upon startup.
2. Setting Temperature and Airflow
Gwiritsani ntchito mabatani oyenda (+, -, OK) on the front panel to adjust the hot air temperature and airflow settings. The display shows the current and set values. The temperature range is typically 150°C to 450°C.
- Kutentha: Adjust the desired hot air temperature for your application.
- Mayendedwe ampweya: Control the air volume output from the nozzle. Start with lower airflow for delicate components and increase as needed.
3. Using the Hot Air Tool
When the hot air tool is removed from its stand, the heating element will activate and the station will begin to reach the set temperature. When returned to the stand, the station will enter standby mode, cooling down the tool to a safe temperature.
