1. Malangizo Ofunika Otetezedwa

Please read and understand all instructions before using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Kuyika: Always place the radiator on a firm, level surface. Ensure it is at least 1 meter (3 feet) away from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials. Do not place it on soft surfaces like beds or deep carpets where openings may be blocked.
  • Chitetezo cha Magetsi: Connect the radiator only to a properly grounded 230V AC outlet. Do not overload electrical circuits. Avoid using extension cords; if one is necessary, ensure it is rated for the appliance's wattage and fully unwound. Never operate the radiator with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Chinyezi: Do not use the radiator in bathrooms, laundry areas, or other damp locations. Never immerse the radiator in water or other liquids.
  • Kuyang'anira: Close supervision is necessary when the radiator is used by or near children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities. Do not leave the appliance unattended while operating.

3. Kukhazikitsa

  1. Kutulutsa: Carefully remove the radiator from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Kuyendera: Check the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not operate if the unit, cord, or plug is damaged.
  3. Kuyika: Place the radiator upright on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is positioned away from any flammable materials, as specified in the safety instructions.
  4. Mpweya wabwino: Ensure there is adequate space around the radiator for proper air circulation. Do not block the air vents.

4. Malangizo Ogwiritsira Ntchito

Follow these steps to operate your Perel Oil-Filled Radiator:

  1. Pulagi: Insert the power plug into a suitable 230V AC grounded wall outlet.
  2. Yatsani: Press the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Khazikitsani Thermostat: Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to the 'HIGH' setting to quickly warm the room. Once the desired room temperature is reached, slowly turn the thermostat dial counter-clockwise until the heater turns off. The heater will then cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.
  4. Adjust Heat Output: The thermostat dial allows for continuous adjustment of the heat output from 'LOW' to 'HIGH'.
  5. Kuzimitsa Mphamvu: To turn off the radiator, press the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.

Zindikirani: During the first few uses, a slight odor may be noticeable. This is normal and will dissipate quickly. Ensure the room is well-ventilated during initial operation.

5. Kusamalira

Regular cleaning and proper storage will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your radiator.
