Follow these steps to set up your Linksys CM3008 Cable Modem:

- Wait for Modem to Boot: Allow the modem several minutes to power on and establish a connection. The Downstream, Upstream, and Internet LEDs should eventually turn solid green.
- Activate Your Service: Contact your cable broadband provider (e.g., Comcast Xfinity, Spectrum, Cox) to activate your new modem. You will need to provide them with the modem's MAC address, which is typically found on a label on the bottom or back of the device.
