The AMS F5962 is a radio-controlled wall clock featuring an antique-style beige dial with dark brown Arabic numerals. Its painted metal housing ensures durability, and the radio-controlled movement provides accurate timekeeping by automatically synchronizing with a time signal.

4. Kukhazikitsa
4.1 Kuyika kwa Battery
- Pezani batire kumbuyo kwa wotchi.
- Insert one AA (or specified type) battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tsekani chivundikiro cha chipinda cha batri bwinobwino.
Zofunika: Use only the recommended battery type. Remove depleted batteries promptly to prevent leakage.
4.2 Initial Time Synchronization
After battery installation, the clock will automatically attempt to receive the radio time signal.
- Place the clock near a window or in an open area, away from electronic devices that may cause interference.
- The hands will typically move to the 12 o'clock position and then begin searching for the signal.
- This process can take several minutes to several hours, depending on signal strength and location. Once the signal is received, the clock will automatically set itself to the correct time.
Zindikirani: If the clock does not set itself after a few hours, try repositioning it or manually initiating a signal search if your model has that feature (refer to troubleshooting).
4.3 Kuyika Wotchi
The AMS F5962 is designed for indoor wall mounting.
- Choose a suitable location on an indoor wall, ensuring it is sturdy enough to support the clock's weight (approximately 1.22 kg).
- Install a nail or wall anchor with a screw, ensuring it protrudes sufficiently (at least 2 cm) to securely hold the clock.
- Hang the clock using the hanging mechanism on the back.

Once set up, the AMS F5962 operates automatically.
- Automatic Time Adjustment: The clock continuously monitors the radio time signal and adjusts itself for daylight saving time (DST) changes and maintains precise timekeeping without manual intervention.
- Kuchotsa pamanja (ngati kuli koyenera): Some radio-controlled clocks have a button to manually initiate a signal search or set the time. Refer to the back of your clock for any such buttons and their specific functions.

- The clock will then attempt to re-synchronize with the radio signal as described in Section 4.2.
