- Chotsani: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or shipping.

- Store Oil (Optional): After frying, unplug the fryer and allow the oil to cool completely. Once cool, you may strain the oil through a fine-mesh sieve to remove food particles. Place the snap-on lid securely on the fryer for storage.
