2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode (USB Dongle)

This mode provides low-latency wireless audio, ideal for gaming on PC, Mac, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch (via Type-C adapter).

  1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB-A port on your PC, Mac, PS4, or PS5. For Nintendo Switch, use the Type-C adapter if needed.
  2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button for 2 seconds.
  3. Switch the headset to 2.4GHz Wireless Mode using the mode switch button (labeled "2.4G").
  4. The headset should automatically connect to the dongle. The LED indicator on the headset will confirm connection.

2.2. Bluetooth (BT) Mode

Use this mode for wireless connection to Bluetooth-enabled devices like PCs, laptops, Macs, and mobile phones.

  1. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button for 2 seconds.
  2. Switch the headset to BT Mode using the mode switch button (labeled "BT"). The headset will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED.
  3. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "GS400 ULTRA" (or similar).
  4. Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the LED indicator will stabilize.

2.3. 3.5mm Wired Mode

This mode is compatible with PC, Laptop, Mac, PS5/PS4 controllers, and NS/Xbox controllers.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm jack.
  2. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio port on your device or controller.
  3. The headset will operate in wired mode. Note: Some headset functions (like RGB lighting, wireless controls) may not be available in wired mode.
