• NOM (Brewing Manual Timing): For manual brewing methods where you prefer to control the timer yourself. The timer can be started and stopped manually.
• A (Brewing Auto Timing): Recommended for intermittent drip or pre-immersion brewing methods. In this mode, the timer and weight will not be locked due to interruptions in brewing, allowing for flexible timing.

5.4 Silent Mode
