I cannot turn on the PS3™ system with the Wireless Controller?
Make sure that the Wireless Controller is fully charged. If it is not, charge it for at least two hours.
The PS button of the Wireless Controller does not work?
Make sure that the Wireless Controller is turned on. If it is not, press and hold the PS button for at least seven seconds to turn it on.
I cannot connect to a wireless network?
Make sure that the Wireless Controller is turned on and that you have correctly entered your wireless network settings in [Settings] > [Network Settings]. If you have not yet configured your wireless network settings, refer to “Configuring Your Network Settings” (page 23). If you have already configured your wireless network settings but cannot connect to a wireless network, try connecting directly to your modem or router using an Ethernet cable. If you can connect to a wireless network by using an Ethernet cable, there may be an issue with your wireless network settings. Check your wireless network settings again and try again. If you are still unable to connect to a wireless network, contact your Internet service provider for assistance.
Is the charger included with this?
Every controller I’ve bought from Amazon doesn’t include a charger unless it’s specifically mentioned in the product description.
If the 5-volt battery is fully functional. I recently shipped some bogus joytech back to China.
The controller has the following information on the back: “Wireless Controller DC 5V 500 mA also, just a comment, the vibrations are spot on and phenomenal, not feeble, very strong vibrations.
Is this a genuine PlayStation 3 original controller or an aftermarket model?
This PS3 controller is authentic and official from Sony. Both the front and rear of it bear Sony branding.
Will this connect through Bluetooth on a Mac?
I can’t say for sure because I haven’t tried it. I’m aware that they don’t function on PCs until you download software that makes the controller functional, so perhaps you could locate an equivalent solution for the Mac.
Is there a USB charging cord included with this?
No, unless you purchase the kit, which, from what I can see, also includes a game, controller, and cable.
I don’t want a knockoff of the Sony Dual Shock 3 controller for the PlayStation 3?
