For many Comwave modems (like the CGNM-3550), open a browser to http://192.168.0.1. Enter 'cusadmin' as the username and 'password' as the password, then click Login.
First, disconnect the power from both your Internet Modem and VoIP Adapter. Wait 1 minute. Connect the Internet Modem back to power and wait 2 minutes. Then connect the VoIP Adapter to power and wait 5 minutes for it to register.
