To ensure your cats safely and effectively utilize their new cat tree, consider the following:

  • Kuyika: Position the cat tree in a stable location, preferably against a wall or in a corner, to minimize movement. Avoid placing it near windows that could pose a falling hazard if not properly secured.

  • Scratching Encouragement: Gently guide your cat's paws to the sisal scratching posts to demonstrate their purpose. Reward them for using the designated scratching areas.

  • Yankho: Fraying is normal wear and tear for scratching posts. If the sisal becomes excessively damaged or detached, replacement posts may be available from PAWZ Road customer service. Ensure your cat is using the posts correctly and not attempting to chew on them.
