5.1 Kuyika kwa Battery
- Locate the battery compartment cap, usually on the side or top of the sight.
- Unscrew the cap counter-clockwise.
- Insert one CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing upwards.
- Replace the cap and tighten it securely to ensure water resistance.
5.2 Mounting the Sight
The RDSL15 Z1 comes with an integrated mount for Weaver/Picatinny rails (21 mm).
- Loosen the mounting screws on the base of the sight.
- Align the sight's base with the Weaver/Picatinny rail on your firearm.
- Slide the sight onto the rail to your desired position.
- Tighten the mounting screws firmly using the provided tools. Ensure the sight is secure and does not wobble.

6.1 Kuyatsa/Kuzimitsa ndi Kusintha kwa Kuwala
The sight features a rotary switch for power and brightness control.
- Rotate the dial to turn the sight ON.
- The dial has settings for 'R' (Red) and 'G' (Green) illumination, each with 5 brightness levels (1-5).
- Select 'R' for red reticle or 'G' for green reticle.
- Rotate the dial further to increase the brightness level (1 being the dimmest, 5 being the brightest).
- To turn the sight OFF, rotate the dial to the '0' position.
6.2 Reticle Selection
The RDSL15 Z1 offers four different reticle patterns. A selector switch, typically located near the objective lens, allows you to cycle through these patterns.
- Locate the reticle selector switch.
- Move the switch to cycle through the available reticle patterns (Dot, Circle Dot, Crosshair, Crosshair Dot).
- Choose the pattern best suited for your shooting conditions and preference.

The sight features windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustment turrets to zero the sight to your firearm.
- Remove the protective caps from the windage and elevation adjustment turrets.
- Use a flathead screwdriver or the provided adjustment tool to turn the turrets.
- Kusintha kwa Elevation: The top turret adjusts the vertical point of impact. Turning it clockwise typically moves the point of impact down, and counter-clockwise moves it up.
- Kusintha kwa Windage: The side turret adjusts the horizontal point of impact. Turning it clockwise typically moves the point of impact right, and counter-clockwise moves it left.
- Each click of the turret corresponds to 1 MOA (Minute of Angle) adjustment.
- Perform adjustments carefully while zeroing your sight at a shooting range.
- Once zeroed, replace the protective caps.

- Kuyeretsa Magalasi: Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. For stubborn marks, use a small amount of lens cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials.
- Thupi Loyeretsa: Wipe the body of the sight with a damp nsalu. Osagwiritsa ntchito mankhwala owopsa kapena zosungunulira.
- Kusintha Battery: Replace the CR2032 battery when the reticle illumination becomes dim or inconsistent.
- Posungira: Store the sight in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the protective lens caps are on during storage.
