3.1 Kuyika Mabatire
Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment on the back of the meter, ensuring correct polarity.
3.2 Kukonzekera Chipangizo Chopangira Lancing

- Twist off the protective cap from the lancet and save it for safe disposal.

- Adjust the penetration depth by rotating the cap. Start with a shallower setting (e.g., 1 or 2) for softer skin and increase if needed.

3.3 Preparing the Test Strip
Remove a test strip from the vial. Close the vial immediately after removing a strip to protect the remaining strips from moisture. The meter does not require coding.

4. Operating Instructions (Blood Glucose Test)
- Wash and Dry Hands: Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry them completely before testing.
- Ikani Mzere Woyesera: Insert the test strip into the meter. The meter will automatically turn on and display a blood drop symbol.
- Pezani Magazi SampLe: Press the lancing device firmly against the side of your fingertip and press the release button. A small drop of blood will form.
- Ikani Magazi SampLe: Gently touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The blood will be automatically drawn into the strip. The meter requires only 0.6 µL of blood. If the first sample is insufficient, you have 5 seconds to apply a second drop to the same strip.
- Werengani Zotsatira: The meter will count down from 5 seconds and then display your blood glucose result in mg/dL.
- Zotsatira Za Mbiri: The meter automatically stores up to 99 test results with date and time.
- Tayani Zipangizo Zogwiritsidwa Ntchito: Eject the used lancet and test strip into a suitable sharps container.

Store the meter, test strips, and lancing device in their original carrying case in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the test strip vial is tightly closed after each use.
5.3 Disposal of Used Materials
Used lancets and test strips are biohazardous waste. Always dispose of them in a puncture-resistant sharps container according to local regulations. Never reuse lancets or test strips.
